Hi-tech Spring organized a “Face-to-Face with Managers” communication activity, with over 30 participants, including ZHANG Sheng’an, General Manager of the Company, YAN Zengwei, Production Director of the Company, YANG Xianfeng, Safety Director of the Company, people from the Human Resource Department and the Administration Department, new employees recruited in 2020, reserve management personnel and management trainees. At the beginning of the communication, ZHANG Sheng’an introduced the general business status, future development trend and other dynamic information of the Company. After listening to the introduction, other participants actively expressed their ideas and proposed advice on work. All people present discussed the feasible plan for Hi-tech Spring future development in warm atmosphere. In the end, ZHANG Sheng’an made a summary and he said that this activity provides a good channel to directly know the ideas and thoughts of more employees, which will strengthen communication and broaden the view for better development of the Company.
